I am here to help you. This package will get you 1, 1 hour long session to discuss how we can get you started in real estate, or how to keep you moving. I will provide you with as much knowledge as possible, you will just need to put in the work! We will discuss, but not limited to: - Discussing the different real estate strategies - Goal Setting - Identifying your niche - Where and how to start - Analyzing Deals - Finding Contractors & due diligence - Funding and Financing - Budgets & general costs - Scope of work - Question and Answers How it will work: Once you sign up, I will send you a questionnaire so that I have a better understanding of where you are and what you want to accomplish in our session. We will set up a date and time to have our Skype session. Try to schedule your session at least 24 hours out so that I have time to tailor our session specific to your needs! Time is Eastern.
